Ateliers Perrault was created in 1760 in Saint-Laurent-de-la-Plaine near Angers in France.

Today, the company works on the restoration of buildings, the reproduction of traditional and artistic creations in joinery, cabinet making and furniture, timber framing and decorative and structural ironmongery. Their mission is to maintain, transform, create and enhance the architectural heritage in France and around the world by relying on the excellence of their artisans, honoring the legacy of the past while also looking towards the future.

Atelier Perrault always strives to produce innovative and exceptional works for their clients. Their workshop completes the entire production for each project in-house, from preliminary design to final installation on site.

Some of their most relevant projects have been:

JOINERY: Egyptian Embassy, Palais of Versailles, Gare du Nord train station and Gunzburg palace in Paris among others.

CABINETMAKING: Brittany’s parliament, Palace of Chambord and Palace of Chantilly in France, University of Chicago (USA).

TIMBER FRAMING: Royal Abey at Fontevraud, The King’s Apartments at the Chateau d’Angers and the stable  at the Chateau de Sablé in Sarthe, France as well as the Hotel Lambert’s in Paris.

IRONMONGERY: Ladurée Stores, The Peninsula Hotel and Rodin’s Museum in Paris.
