Founded in 1944, Dagand Atlantique specializes in the restoration of historical monuments and old buildings and works for private or professional clients in the South-West of France on masonry, dressing and sculpting projects in stone and brick or on roofing projects.

With master craftsmen in ‘lauze’ flagstones, the restoration of flagstone shingle roofs is another string to its bow. Dagand Atlantique has experienced teams of craftsmen who can handle large and complex projects.
Its expertise has enabled it to obtain Qualibat certifications in masonry and reinforced concrete, restoration of dressed stone and masonry for historical monuments and in ‘lauze’ flagstone roofing.

Dressed-stone projects include Angoulême Cathedral, Bordeaux Basilica, Blaye Citadel, the ramparts of the Château d’Oléron, Fort Boyard, the Collegiate Church of Brive la Gaillarde and numerous restorations of castles for private clients.
