On June 14th, 2019 Ateliers de France held a gala “Garden Party” at our Parisian headquarters, located at L’Hôtel de Croisilles in Le Marais.
A number of our specialty trades were invited to show their creativity and share their ancestral techniques in a relaxed festive environment. Some of the artisanal techniques exhibited were stone carving, wood carving, mosaic making, decorative paint on leather, stone sculpting, decorative painting in faux wood and faux marble, hand chasing on bronze, iron forging and the art of applying gold leaf.
Under sunny sky on a perfect summer day, visitors enjoyed discovering our different trades and areas of expertise.
The program included dynamic demonstrations and workshops conducted by our artisans. This event became the ideal occasion for creatively inspired interaction between clients, designers and artisans.
Over 400 visitors were welcomed and rapidly immersed themselves in our warm artistic universe. We are very proud of our inaugural summer garden party and its positive results.
