Cidade Matarazzo hotel

With a highly anticipated opening in 2020, the Cidade Matarazzo Hotel will represent a calm and green refuge in the heart of Sao Paulo. This village was first created in 1904 and is composed of historic buildings that are being remodeled by the Allard Groupe. This ambitious project is an unprecedented in the most important economic capital of South America.

This new hotel is surrounded by classical Italian architecture and will become the 21st century incarnation of La Dolce Vita, bringing together hospitality, gastronomy, art and leisure.

In partnership with Allard Groupe, Ateliers de France overlooks all construction processes for this project, which is the first our group has overseen in Brazil. Ateliers de France have been selected to work closely with Philippe Starck to produce all custom finishes using the best materials available in Brazil including exotic marbles and woods.
